A few years ago I discovered Jon Kabat-Zinn’s book – “Full Catastrophe Living” and later read Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth” and “The Power of Now” and I was hooked.
I was fortunate enough to attend one of Tolle’s retreats at the Sunshine Coast in
Queensland and from there I embarked on a spiritual journey that has changed my life and the way I perceive the world around me. I study Kadampa Buddhism which teaches me true wisdom and the tools to attempt to live Christ’s message.
This blog is a collection of books, articles, videos, websites and other little gems I come across, especially those that have had a significant impact on my life.
