Momentary Mindfulness by Annie McKee

I really loved this post! I do find it a challenge to meditate 2 hrs a day…true! She gives great advice in this post. Enjoy!

For years I believed that the only way I could manage stress and stay spiritually grounded was to run three miles a day and meditate for an hour in the morning and an hour at night. 

So what to do? I’ve found a way that works for me and it’s easy. I call it momentary mindfulness.
